Flexible transaction entry
- Manual transaction entry in the app.
- Share transaction-related SMS text into the app when you choose to — v1 does not request SMS permissions or read your inbox automatically.
- CSV import and export with an explicit warning when data leaves encrypted storage.
Your finances are personal. Your data should be too.
- Encrypted on the device. Financial records are stored locally in an encrypted database. The database key is wrapped with the Android Keystore.
- Offline by design. The app is built so you can manage records without depending on a continuous internet connection.
- Backup stays yours. Planned encrypted backups use files you control, including an optional Google Drive app-data path. TrailsRG does not host a copy of your ledger.
- No SMS inbox access in v1. Sharing transaction-related text into the app is user-initiated. DhanLog does not request SMS permissions to read messages automatically.
Android release
DhanLog is under active development and is not on Google Play yet. When a listing is live, this page will link to it. Until then there is no waitlist form and no invented store URL.
