By downloading or using Trails RG Studio, you agree to these Terms.
Agreement
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App
The App lets you browse photos, view metadata, crop, adjust, watermark, and export stamped copies. Original files are not overwritten by the default export flow; stamped outputs are new files (for example {name}_exif.jpg).
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful photography and personal or internal business use.
Your content
You retain all rights to your photos. You are responsible for having the rights to process and export the files you open in the App.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every camera RAW/TIFF file will decode, that every MakerNote field will parse, or that shutter-count estimates are accurate for every body.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trails RG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data arising from use of the App. Process important originals with care and keep backups.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App (including attempts to disrupt services we link to, or to violate others' rights).
Changes and contact
